Flynn's cheeks were flushed when he returned to reception.

‘Fuck, she is so rude. Bitch didn't even tip me.’

I wiped the counter clean, and set the vase next to the laptop, ‘She is that way to everybody, apparently.’

The married couple, Jonathan and Teresa Chapman, who were here for a week, and were accompanied by her sister, trotted by in their swimwear.

I smiled and waved back at them.

Jonathan was fucking both of the sisters.

I’ve watched them on a few occasions but their fucking was far too vanilla for me.

They didn’t enjoy any fetishes and they engaged in normal threesomes.

James was busy at cottage 21, overseeing the work of the plumber, and Jax was resting.

He will return to work in a few days.

Honestly, I was thinking a lot about asking him to consider an early retirement.

This job was going to pay out really well, and we had a comfortable enough life here already.

‘Is it true that she's Martin Hine’s attorney?’

I shrugged as if I didn’t care, ‘No idea, Flynn. I hardly pay attention to such things. She’s just a paying guest.’

I dusted my hands and grinned, ‘I am going to order pizza from the cook, and tell her to send one for you as well.’

Flynn smiled widely as he tipped back on the reception chair, ‘Ah, thanks, Ana. You are too good to me.’

I grinned before I stepped out, ‘I am.’

He laughed, and I stepped to the main cottage with a purpose.

To my joy, Jaxon had just emerged from the shower when I arrived at our home.

He was dressed in blue cotton shorts, and his hair was damp.

Mm, delicious.

I kissed him on the lips, ‘Hey you, did you have a good rest?’

He nodded, ‘Yeah, I did. Am I in luck for a cup of coffee?’

‘Yeah sure. By the way, your friend Tina has just checked in. Do you want to join me and spy on her and the others?’

Jax laughed and followed me into the office after I handed him a steaming cup of coffee.

He smacked my ass, ‘You are a sick little girl, Ana.’

I laughed, ‘Of course I am. Since when do you have complaints?’

Jax laughed, ‘Who said that I'm complaining.’

He slid his phone out of his pocket and dialed my father’s number as he settled on the couch.

‘Where the hell is your father?’ Jax enquired.

‘Annoying himself in this heat.’

He laughed and put his phone to his ear.

‘Bro, what’s up?’

I stared at the monitor for Cottage 7.

Tina was dressed in a short silk gown, and she was pouring over open files on the small dining table.

I wondered whether she had a method in her madness because her work area was strewn with papers, her laptop, and another cell phone, while she clutched another to her ear.

She was only booked in for two days, so our time is short.

Jax was still chatting to my father.

‘Sure, it's the same old problem. Maybe we should just replace the damned thing.’

My eyes roamed to Adrian and Penelope.

They were asleep in bed, after a full night of fucking.
